Obituary

Alex Enyart, age 68, of Lula, Georgia, passed away on November 27, 2023. He was born on May 1, 1955, in California, to the late Clifford Enyart and the late Shirley Callus Arthurs. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Rita Moen Enyart, and daughter Alexis Enyart.

Alex is survived by his children Mason Enyart of Murrayville, William Enyart of Lula, and Jessie Enyart of Murrayville; siblings Walter (Brenda) Enyart of Ackworth, Lona Therriault of Cleveland, Montre (Jimmy) Soto of Texas, and Andrea (Doug) Campbell of Arkansas; and grandchildren Zoe, Xander, Eli, and Bella.

A man of great intelligence, Alex excelled as a master electrician, dedicating many years of his career to Martin Marietta. His commitment and skill in his work were evident to all who knew him. Alex was not only an accomplished professional but also an outstanding citizen known for his caring and generous nature. An all-around good person, he delighted in having people over, entertaining them with warmth and hospitality. Alex loved his country and was a proud American.

For Alex, family was the cornerstone of his life, and his pride and joy. He loved his children and grandchildren deeply, creating lasting memories with them. His home was filled with love, laughter, and a sense of togetherness. Alex was a true believer in God, and his faith held significant importance in his life.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Alex Enyart will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery.
