Anthony Harold Jarrard, age 49, a life-long resident of Dahlonega, GA passed away on Wednesday October 26, 2016.

Anthony was born on February 24, 1967 to Harold W. and Mary Nell Sullens Jarrard. He loved music, people, and playing video games. Anthony's favorite pastime was watching sports with his family, especially the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons.

Anthony is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Nell Sullens Jarrard; and grandparents, Floyd and Alma Sullens and Albert and Janie Jarrard.

Anthony is survived by his father, Harold W. Jarrard; brother, Danny W. and Donna Jarrard; sister, Carol Jarrard and Ray Sanford; nieces and nephew, Amy Lovell, Dustin Jarrard and Ashley Rider; great-nephew, Parker Jarrard all of Dahlonega, GA. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Anthony are scheduled for 2 PM Friday October 28, 2016 at Siloam Baptist Church.

Rev. Lyman Caldwell, Rev. Chris Butler, and Rev. JR Fields will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Thursday October 27, 2016 from 5 PM to 9 PM and again on Friday October 28, 2016 from 10 AM until 12 Noon.

Anthony will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
