Obituary

Barbara Jean Pulley, a spirited and free-hearted soul, bid farewell to this world on November 6, 2022. She leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and individuality. She was born on July 29, 1964. She lived a life that embraced adventure and fearlessness, never hesitating to ride the winds of life with passion and an unwavering determination.

Barbara was a true "tough girl" with a heart of gold. Beneath her fearless exterior lay a sensitive soul that felt deeply for others. Known for her love of motorcycles, she roared through life with a free spirit, living each day as if it were her last, cherishing every moment and leaving no room for regrets. Her genuine and selfless nature endeared her to those fortunate enough to know her. Barbara was always ready to lend a helping hand, never hesitating to go above and beyond for the people she cared about. Despite being misunderstood by many, she danced to the beat of her own drum, unapologetically true to herself, and caring little for the opinions of others.

Barbara's infectious smile illuminated the lives of those around her, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of encountering her warm and radiant presence. She embraced her unique qualities and lived authentically, inspiring others to do the same. Her friends held a special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment spent in their company, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Traveling was one of her passions, and she eagerly explored the world, finding joy in new experiences and connections with people from all different walks of life.

She is survived by her son, Christopher Osterloh; siblings Bridget Hedden (Larry), Brenda Roper (Terry) Roper, and John (Heather) Pulley; granddaughter Ariel Osterloh; nieces and nephews Amanda (Steven) Yorkey, Katie Pulley, Kylee Pulley, Kenneth Hedden, Austin Roper, and John John Pulley; and great nephews Jr Yorkey, Caleb Yorkey, and Wyatt Cole Yorkey.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Antoinette and John Pulley as well as numerous other relatives.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 4:00 PM at the Auraria Community Club.
