Baylor Alvino Cruz Granados was born in the arms of Jesus on August 25, 2021.

He was met in Heaven by his maternal great-grandfather Don Calhoun and paternal great-grandmother Ann Sims.

Those missing him here are his parents Emily Sims and Alvino Granados; brothers Beckett Hoyt Sims and Kamden Granados; sister Kaydence Granados; maternal grandmother Chanda Calhoun; maternal grandfather Bobby Lee Sims, II; paternal grandparents Jesus and Adelfa Jaramillo; aunts Hannah B. (Jon) Haygood, Hunter K. (Brandon) Mitchem, and Macie Whitehead; maternal great-grandparents Marcus and Betty Ferguson; and cousins Weston, Colten, and Remi.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, August 28, 2021, in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. The Rev. John McCrary will officiate. Interment will follow in the Concord Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until service hour on Saturday at the funeral home.
