Mrs. Beatrice Seabolt Grizzle, age 91, of Dahlonega, GA passed away Monday, September 7, 2015. Beatrice was a native and lifelong resident of Lumpkin County. She is a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Lumpkin County and worked at the Burlington Pinetree Plant for a number of years. She was the daughter of the late Henry Seabolt and Molly Anderson Seabolt and was also preceded in death by her husbands, Dock Verlon Grizzle and Ray Dowdle; grandsons, Chris Grizzle and James Allen Grizzle; brother, Amos Seabolt; and daughter-in-law, Barbara Grizzle. Beatrice is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Dewey Wright; sons and daughters-in-law, Junior Grizzle, Kim and Lisa Grizzle, Dennis and Ann Grizzle, all of Dahlonega, GA; sister, Dola Thomas, Gainesville, GA; brother, Lyndal Seabolt, Dahlonega, GA; grandchildren, Debbie and Jerry Lomax, Jeremy and Tracie Grizzle, Joni Flynn, and Brandon Grizzle; great-grandchildren, Kevin and Nicole Lomax, Cassie and Blake Chester, Gavin Grizzle, Mattie Flynn, and Mielah Flynn; great-great-grandchildren, Carson Lomax, Katie Chester, Harper Chester, Logan Lomax, and Bella Lomax. A number of other relatives also survive. Funeral services for Beatrice are scheduled for 11 AM Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Lumpkin County with viewing from 10:30 AM until 11 AM at the church. Rev. Lyman Caldwell and Rev. Junior Abernathy will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
