Ben Lelan Wilson, age 74, of Dahlonega, Georgia, went to his heavenly home to be with our Lord and Savior on October 3, 2025.

Ben was born in Dallas Co., Alabama, on January 8, 1951, to the late John Ben Wilson Anne Peek Wilson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, John Strother Wilson.

Survivors include his loving wife, Gail Wilson; his precious daughter, Debbie (Jody) Weaver; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Ben spent 30 years in the United States Air Force, after which he retired to Dahlonega, Georgia.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Phil Miller will officiate. A visitation will be held at Anderson Underwood Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM prior to the service.
