Mr. Billy Ray Wiggins, age 64, of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away on July 30, 2021. He was born on August 16, 1956 in Bryson City to the late Royston Wiggins and the late Hazel Dowdle Wiggins. He was the hardest working man that you had ever seen and never stopped until the work was done.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Wanda Kimbrel Wiggins, and siblings, Betty Jordan, Carolyn Deal, and Donald Wiggins.

He is survived by two children, Carrie Stephens, and Scottie Ray Wiggins; sister, Kimberly Flanagan; and grandchildren, Alexis Mitchell, Kimsey Stephens, Hazel Stephens, and Isreal Wiggins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

It was Mr. Wiggins' wishes to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
