Mrs. Bonnie Lee Holloway, age 85, of Suches passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018.

Mrs. Holloway was born in Anderson, SC on July 31, 1932 to the late Axel and Minnie Jones Olson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Russell Holloway and daughter Kristel Holloway.  Bonnie loved to dance and play music, especially her banjo. She was employed as a cook at Dipper Dan's, TWO, and Union County High School.  Bonnie was a member of Zion Baptist Church in Suches, GA.

Survivors include her sisters Jean Tritt, Mineral Bluff; Barbara Watts, Dalton; brother Wayne Olson, Suches; grandson Tyler Holloway; and granddaughter Destiney Holloway, both of Suches.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, June 1, 2018 in the chapel of Banister Funeral Home. Dr. Don Pruitt and the Rev. Fred Whitley will officiate.  Interment will follow in Zion Baptist Church in Suches, GA. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
