Charles Sinclair Wells, age 54, of Dahlonega, GA passed away on December 31, 2016.

Charles was born in Leesburg, FL on August 1, 1962 to Hugh Sinclair Wells and Gloria Jean Smith.

Chuck was a devoted husband of 25 years. His wife, children and grandchildren were the most important part of his life. He enjoyed the outdoors, playing Rook, golfing, Nascar and his Atlanta Falcons. He was also the family's handyman. He had a green thumb and loved working in the yard.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Jean Smith; and father-in-law, Russell Tadlock.

Charles is survived by his wife, Marie Wells; son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Heather Davis; daughter and her fiancé, Sable Wells and Shawn Sosebee; father and stepmother, Hugh and Sue Wells; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Patti Wells, Keith and Yvonne Wells; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dee and Frank Borza, Starr and James Keosavanh; mother-in-law, Edna Tadlock; grandsons, Jacob Maddox Davis and Davis Rhett Sosebee. Numerous other relatives also survive.

Memorial services for Charles are scheduled for 6:30 PM Wednesday January 4, 2017 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. Timothy Reed will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Wednesday January 4, 2017 from 2 PM until time of service.
