Charlie Keith Albertson passed away January 23, 2026, after a long-fought battle with cancer.
Keith was born March 1, 1959, in Jacksonville, FL to the late Albert Eugene Albertson and the late Barbra Jean Rayburn.
Keith joined the army when he was 18 years old, he would go on to meet the love of his life Janice Sue Tritt Albertson while stationed in Germany.
Together they made a home in Suches. Keith was a carpenter for many years Before starting to work at Pinetree in 1986 where he worked until they closed their doors in 2008. He never missed a day of work. He, like so many others, tried to find work and finally settled at the
Torrington plant in Dahlonega where he worked until his retirement. His favorite job was being Papa and Pop Pop to his family. They had a saying if Papa cant fix it,it cant be fixed.
Besides his Parents also preceding Keith in death was his Father and Mother in law Vernon and Ruth Tritt, Grandmother Susie Wilson,Brother in law Ted Tritt and sister in law Judy Tritt and niece Sharon Tritt.
Surviving Keith are his children; Chris (Jenn) Kendall, Robert (Amanda) Kendall, Stacey (Rodney) Trammell, Mary (Adam) Harrell, Jessey (Alston) Bellflower Grandchildren; Colby (Dawn) Woody, Blake (Angelica) Kendall, Stephanie Trammell, Jayden Kendall, Chloe Saul, Jack Kendall, Zoey Kendall, Seth Bellflower, Scout Bellflower, Ethan Harrell, Zachary Harrell, Josie Harrell. Great Grands; Aaveon Trammell, Isaiah Trammell, Abel Woody and Scarlet Woody, Malik and Marce. Brother Darrel (Tammy) Albertson Sisters Margaret (Steve) Hixon, Carol Ann (Chris) Newton Brother in law; Roger (Linda) Tritt Sister in Law; Joanne Tritt. Several Nieces, Nephews and other relatives also survive.
The Family would like to extend a special Thank you to Pruitt Hospice of Blue Ridge for all they did during his final days.
His wishes were to be cremated and returned to his beloved home in Suches. No Services are planned.
