Mr. David Edward Bisbee, age 79, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022. He was born October 12, 1942, in Bowling Green, Ohio, to the late Don Bisbee and the late Nancy Smith Bisbee. David was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, and he was a great man of strict moral character. He was always set in his ways and knew what he wanted. Those who knew him best will forever remember him as a "good ole boy."

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Mildred Bisbee; daughter Bonnie Bisbee; and siblings Sherily and Larry Bisbee.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Karen and Roger Ray; brothers Ted (Sharon) Bisbee and Harley (Becky) Bisbee; sister Donna Adams; 4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren also survive.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 18, 2022, in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. The Rev. Chris Anderson will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until the service hour.
