David Edward Woodward, age 47, a life long resident of Dahlonega, GA passed away February 4, 2016.

David is preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Sue Woodward.

He is survived by his grandmother, Lula Grizzle, Dahlonega, GA; father and step-mother; Reynold and Martha Woodward, Dahlonega, GA; step-brothers and sisters-in law, Sheriff Stacey and Rebecca Jarrard, Dahlonega, GA, and Jerry and Georgia Jarrard, Cumming, GA; step-sister, Jody Jarrard Anderson, Dahlonega, GA.  Several cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for David are scheduled for 2 PM Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Rev. Lymon Caldwell and Rev. Tony Allison will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Dahlonega, GA.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 6 PM to 9 PM, all day Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10 AM until time of service.
