Mrs. Estelle Velva Cain, age 99 of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021. She was born on January 16, 1921 in Dawsonville, Georgia to the late John Dale and the late Annie Louise Summerour.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas H. Cain and son, Bradley K. Cain.

She is survived by her children, Christy Gravley of Smyrna, Bruce (Betty) Cain of Dahlonega, Sue Owen of Dahlonega, Douglas "Butch" (Donna) Cain of Dahlonega, and Barbara (Donald) Hughes of Gainesville; daughter-in-law Carol Cain of Dahlonega; grandchildren Joe Gravley, Scott Gravley, Stacy Cain, Sandy Butler, Dale Cain, Donna Drew, Andrea Barber, Tammy Bruce, Cecelia Copp, Alan Hughes, and Emileigh Hughes; nine great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

No public services are planned for this time, however, private family services will be held at a later date.
