Mrs. Frankie "Tiny" Nell Anderson, age 75, of Dahlonega, passed away Monday, November 14th, 2022.

Mrs. Anderson was a native and lifelong resident of Lumpkin County. She was born on October 8th, 1947, to the late Jimmy and Clara Mae Posten. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband Edward "Pete" Anderson, sons Tony Anderson and William "Peanut" Anderson, sister Betty Davis and brother Clifton Posten. Mrs. Anderson worked for several years and managed the local Huddle House in Dahlonega. She made many friends and was loved by many.

Survivors include her children Michael Anderson (Ester), Dahlonega; Leon Anderson, Kentucky; Joseph Anderson (Sarah Bell), Dahlonega; Brittany Riles (Gene), Gainesville; grandchildren Danielle Gelp (Robert), Jessica Anderson, Tonya Kimbrell, James Anderson; siblings Idell Allen (Benny), Cleveland; Danny Posten (Pam), Dahlonega; Faye Burkhalter, Hartwell; Billy Posten, Cleveland; Phillip Posten (Linda), Cleveland; Herbert Posten, Dahlonega; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, November 17th, 2022, at the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. The Rev. Lyman Caldwell will officiate. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday and 9:00 AM until the service hour Thursday at the funeral home.
