Gerald "Jerry" George Swenson, age 78, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital following a period of declining health. Mr. Swenson was born November 9, 1942 to the late George and Grace Swenson.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Gaylynn Swenson, and stepson, Fred Davis.

Mr. Swenson is survived by his sister, Gail Swenson; son, Greg Swenson; son and daughter-in-law, Dane and Beth Swenson; son and daughter-in-law, Bo and Andrea Swenson; stepdaughter, Julie and Larry Davis; eleven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Swenson was an avid outdoorsman who always enjoyed his annual hunting trip with long-time hunting buddies Wayne and Darryl Duren.

A celebration of life service is planned for later this year.
