Mrs. Geraldine (Gerry) Parks Alexander, age 81, of Murrayville passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 11, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 36 wonderful years, James E. Parks Jr.

She later remarried on March 17, 2007, to Jack Alexander, to who she remained married up until her passing.

In addition to her husband Jack, she is survived by her children and grandchildren, Jay Parks (Diann) of Lawrenceville and their daughter Katelyn, as well as Pam Parks (Wendy Franklin) of Murrayville and their son Ben Parks.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 10:00 AM at St. Luke the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Dahlonega, with a reception to follow. A graveside service will take place in the cemetery of Yellow Creek Baptist Church in Murrayville at 12:00 PM.
