It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hadley Ann Self, who was born on March 3, 2025. Hadley was the beloved daughter of Chris Self and Madison Qualls Self.

In addition to her parents, Hadley is survived by her loving family, including her grandparents: Melissa Self (Sam Fortenberry), Janelle Qualls, and Justin Qualls; great-grandparents: Kim and Pete Cox, Donna and James Holcombe, and Davada Sullens and Neal Rucker; aunts and uncles: Lillie Self, Dray and Hannah Self, Ashlyn Qualls, Brayden Qualls, and Louie Mort; great-aunts and uncles: Jason and Julie Cantrell, Kevin Cantrell, Jerry and Jennifer Self, Linda and Ronnie Howell, and Julie and Riley Ray; and her cousin, Callie Self. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Chris Self, and great-grandparents Jerry Self Sr., Charlotte Self, and "POPS".

A beautiful soul taken far too soon, Hadley will be forever cherished in the hearts of all who loved her.

Funeral services for Hadley Ann Self will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the service hour.
