Mr. Homer Lemley, age 80, of Dahlonega, GA died Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega. Homer was a lifelong resident of Lumpkin County where he retired from Parks Lumber Company, and was a member of Soul's Chapel in Lumpkin County. He was the son of the late Homer Jacob and Mamie Sullens Lemley, and was also preceded in death by his life partner, Reba Rider, and several brothers and sisters. Mr. Lemley is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Kacey and Teresa Lemley, Dahlonega, GA; sons, Shane Lemley, Dahlonega, GA, and Donny Ray Lemley, Villa Rica, GA; brother, L.D. Lemley, Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Mitchell Heaton, Sunny Pham, Chana Miller, and Cateland and Cara Pham; great grandchildren, Brooklyn Pham, and Haygen and Haysten Miller. A number of other relatives also survive. A graveside service for Homer is scheduled for 1 PM Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the Word of Life (Soul's Chapel) Cemetery in Lumpkin County. Rev.
