Mrs. Imogene Stover Gibson, age 78, of Dahlonega, GA died Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Northeast GA Medical Center in Gainesville, GA. Mrs. Gibson spent most of her life in Lumpkin County and was a member of Nimblewill Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Floyd and Mae Moss Stover. Imogene is survived by her husband of 56 years, John Gibson; brother and sister-in-law, Junior and Kathy Stover; special niece, Tammy Stover, all of Dahlonega, GA. Numerous family and friends also survive. Funeral services for Imogene are scheduled for 2 PM Friday, May 2, 2014 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega. Rev. Todd Skinner will officiate. Interment will follow in the Nimblewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumpkin County.
