Mr. Jack Herbert Willis, age 90, of Dahlonega passed away Friday, February 16, 2018.

Mr. Willis was born on June 8, 1927 to the late Dewey Willis and Margaret Mae Tillery Skipper. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served three tours in Vietnam.  Mr. Willis was retired from the United States Postal Service. He was a member of Morningside Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for many years. When Mr. Willis moved to Dahlonega he moved his membership to Dahlonega Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Martha Virginia Willis; daughter and son-in-law Deborah and Paul King, Dahlonega; son and daughter-in-law Jeffery H. and Alicia Willis, Richmond Hill; grandchildren Sean King, Kimberly King and Ginny Willis; and great grandson Finnegan Cano, affectionately called "Finn".

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
