Mr. James Gordon Brazwell, age 65, of Dahlonega passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021.

Mr. Brazwell was born in Pensacola, FL on March 11, 1956. He was preceded in death by his mother Peggy Brazwell. James loved to watch Bull Riding, but his greatest pastime was fishing. He loved the ocean and worked as a deckhand, cook, and relief captain on tugboats in the Florida Panhandle. James was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Missing him most will be his wife Judy Brazwell, Dahlonega; daughter and daughter-in-law Pamela and Rissa Brazwell, Gillsville; granddaughter Hailey Dodge, and granddaughter on the way Isabella Brazwell; and other relatives.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, August 21, 2021, at the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 PM to the service hour at the funeral home.
