James Nick Carusos passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM at his home in Dahlonega, GA.

Jim was born in Atlanta, GA to Mary and Nichols Carusos.  He was an alumnus of Georgia State University.  He attended Grady High School in Atlanta and was still active in his alumni group.  He attended Emory University where he was a member of the Chi Phi fraternity.  He was an Army Veteran having served during the Korean War.

He worked for Lockheed Georgia for over 35 years.  His true love was all types of sports whether he was a participant or a spectator.  Skiing, softball and jogging were among his favorites.

He enjoyed life, cooking for his friends and family, and working with his "State of the Art" electronics.  He was known as "The Gadget Man" and he may have won the prize for "The Most Boy Toys".

Jim was preceded in death by his brother Bobby.  He is survived by his wife Diane; daughter Tassie Carusos; brother Jack Carusos; many nieces, nephews and his Fur Babies Camo and Ruby.
