James "Jc" Clifford Gearin's Obituary
Mr. James Cliford "JC" Gearin, Sr., age 75, of Murrayville passed away at his residence on Saturday morning,
July 9, 2022. He was born January 18, 1947 to parents Will and Annie Bell Gearin and was retired from the
Hall County Board of Education as a custodian at Johnson High School following 15 years of service.
In addition to his parents, JC was preceded in death by a son, Clifford Gearin, a granddaughter, Rainey
Gearin and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Rachel Grindle Gearin,
daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Roberto Sanchez, son, Gene Gearin, all of Murrayville. Nine grand-
children, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
It was Mr. Gearin's wish to be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Those wishing to visit
with the family may do so at his daughter's house, 6590 Payne Road, Murrayville, Saturday and Sunday
evening, July 9th and 10th.
