Mr. James Henry Disspain, age 56, of Dahlonega, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2022.

Mr. Disspain was born in Florida on July 18, 1966, to the late James Lewis and Mary Helen Disspain. He loved to hunt and fish. James' favorite pastime was shooting his guns. His friends and family will greatly miss him.

Survivors include his nieces April Disspain and Amber Disspain; best friend Ron Bafile; great nieces Madison West and Michelle West; brothers, other nieces, nephews, and relatives.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, August 19, 2022, at the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. The Rev. Stan Bafile and Mr. Steve Morris will officiate. Interment will follow in the Disspain family cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon to the service hour Friday at the funeral home.
