Mr. Jerry Lee Davis, age 81, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on September 29, 2026. He was born on October 11, 1944, in Dahlonega, Georgia, to the late William Frank Davis and the late Ruby Davis.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Davis Jr.; his sister, Evelyn Ann Adams; and his niece, Gwen McDougald.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Ola Chester Davis of Dahlonega; his daughter and son-in-law, Frankie and Sean Nagel of Dahlonega; his nieces, Lynn White of Dahlonega and Jackie Adams of Cleveland; his special cousin, Mark McRae of Tampa, Florida; and his granddaughter, Zoey Nagel. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.

Jerry was a simple man who found enjoyment in the things he loved. He took great pride in caring for his vehicles, enjoyed watching NASCAR, and could often be found watching one of his favorite shows, The Andy Griffith Show. He will be remembered by his family for the love he shared with them and the memories they made together.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Davis Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home.
