Mr. Joel Steven Welch, age 66, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on April 9, 2025. He was born on March 4, 1959.
He is preceded in death by his son, Steven Welch.
He is survived by his sons Raymond (Jackie) Grizzle, Michael (Jennifer) Rushing, and Johnathon (Melissa) Rushing; and siblings Billy Welch, Serina Welch, Janet Abercrombie, and Leona Loggins.
It was Mr. Welch's wish to be cremated.
