Mr. John Walter Clark Jr., age 75 of Dahlonega, Georgia passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021. He was born on March 13, 1945 to the late John Walter Clark and the late Miriam Scarborough. John proudly served our nations Army in the 7th Battalion, 13th Artillery. He had just celebrated 52 years of marriage with his loving wife, Helen Nestlehett Clark.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Tim Crawford and his brother, James Brown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Rhonda Wigington of Dahlonega and Samantha Wilson of Mineral Bluff; sisters Jane Wingate, Peggy Mauldin, and Brenda Ellis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren Brandi Wigington, Jesse Wigington, Cody Wigington, Dixie Wigington, Delisha Godfrey, Keith Lynch, Beth Crawford, Bryce Crawford; and ten great-grandchildren and currently has two more on the way.

It was Mr. Clark's wishes to be cremated. No public services are being held at this time.
