Mrs. Joyce Cain, age 75, of Dahlonega, GA passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Chestatee Regional Hospital in Dahlonega. Joyce was born in Bennettsville, SC and had lived in Dahlonega since 1979. She served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was employed at the Burlington Pinetree Plant in Dahlonega for a number of years. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Cain, Dahlonega, GA; daughter, Deborah and Jerry Baker, Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Michael Baker, Savannah, GA, Tabatha and Thomas Britt, Myrtle Beach, SC, David Baker, Charlotte, NC; great-grandchildren, Reilly Britt and Patrick Britt. A number of other relatives also survive. Funeral services for Joyce are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA. Rev. Lyman Caldwell will officiate. Interment will follow in Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery.
