Mrs. Judith "Judi" Anne Lonsbury, age 79, of Dahlonega, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022.

Mrs. Lonsbury was born to the late Jack and Thelma Barron on October 17, 1943.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Lonsbury, son, Joseph and sisters, Sindy Johnston and Lois Cherkasly.  Mrs. Lonsbury was a wonderful caretaker, cook, and baker.  She was the founding member of the Achasta Garden Club.

Survivors include her brother-in-law Kevin Johnston of Cumming; nephew Josh Cherkasly of Virginia Beach; and cousin Suzy Asen of Miami, sister-in-laws, Barbara Farling and Regina Brown; nieces and nephews, Roberta, Kenny, Randy, Kimberly, Charlie and Michael.

A private family inurnment will be held at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
