In declaration of loss, acknowledgement of grief, and expression of joy all-in-one, the family of Kevin Randall Pruitt announces that he yielded up his spirit at the age of 43 on April 19, 2021. Kevin was born on December 17, 1977.

He is survived by his three children, Randy Michael Pruitt 24, Jasmine Yvonne Pruitt 18, and Sheridan Joyce Pruitt 14; parents Randy and Rachel Pruitt and Sharon Wise; grandmother Catherine Smith; siblings Angela Martin (Nathan), Stephen Tow (Stephanie), Brittany Sproul (Leland), and Taylor Pruitt (Daniel); and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jim and Girlie Pruitt, and E.W. Wise.

Kevin will be remembered for our favorite things about him - his infectious smile, his vivacious laugh, his benevolent heart, and his larger-than-life personality.

God bless you Kevin and keep you in His care until we meet again.

Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00 PM Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. The Rev. Mike Young will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home.

The family requests that masks be worn while attending the visitation and service.
