Larry Skouboe, age 83, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on December 1, 2024. He was born on March 6, 1941, in New York, to the late Albert and Ellen Skouboe. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Albert Skouboe Jr., and his sister, Arlene Skouboe.

Larry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Carol Skouboe; his daughter and son-in-law, Renae (Bo) Ackerman; and his grandchildren, Kate Ackerman (John) Sittler, Hannah Ackerman, and Paige Ackerman; and a great-grandson, Ben Sittler. He was known for his kindness, loyalty, and love for his family.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church in Dahlonega, Georgia. Military honors will be rendered.
