Ms. Linda Marie Roak, age 56, of Dahlonega, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, following a period of declining health.

Born in Dahlonega on March 26, 1965, to parents Dewey and Julie Dean Mason, she was a lifelong resident of Lumpkin County. Linda was a former bus driver for the Lumpkin County School System and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents. Linda is survived by her son, Mike Dixon (Kerri), Dahlonega; brother Kenneth Mason, Dahlonega; sister Barbara Baldwin Gainesville; grandchildren Raylan Dixon, Savannah Harkins, and Patrick Harkins; several Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives also survive.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 19, 2022, in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Lyman Caldwell officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from noon until the service hour.
