Lori Rena Fricks, age 42, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away on January 8, 2025. She was born on November 13, 1982, in Gainesville to Deborah Garner Fricks and the late Leroy Fricks.

Lori was a kind and compassionate soul, a lover of life and children, who touched the hearts of all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Fricks, and her son, Jaden Fricks.

Lori is survived by her loving mother, Deborah Garner Fricks; her cherished son, Carter Fricks; her devoted siblings, Donna (Tim) Reece, Missie (Jeff) Clayton, and Jeffery (Lindsey) Fricks; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Dalton, Heather, Whitley, and Ashlyn. Lori also leaves behind numerous friends and other relatives who will remember her kind spirit and joyful heart.

A memorial service to celebrate Lori's life will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. Ben Sosebee will officiate the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 PM until the service hour.
