Mrs. Lula Adeline Grizzle, age 93, of Dahlonega passed away Friday, January 8, 2021.  She was born on July 18, 1927 to the late Lewis and Mammie Arrendale Gable.  In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Dan Grizzle; son Ralph Grizzle; daughter Sue Grizzle; grandson David Woodward; sisters Ola Davis and Irene Smith; and brother-in-law J.D. Brown.  Mrs. Grizzle loved to garden and always made sure she canned enough food for all of her family until she was 89 years old.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her children Robert Grizzle of Dahlonega and Joan Grizzle of Cleveland; sister Syble Brown of Dahlonega; daughter-in-law Bert Grizzle of Cleveland, and Alice Grizzle of Dahlonega; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and several friends, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Lyman Caldwell officiating.  Interment will follow in the Nimblewill Baptist Church Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 PM until service hour at the funeral home.
