Mr. Lyndal Seabolt, age 93, of Dahlonega passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020.

Mr. Seabolt was born in Dahlonega on June 19, 1927 to the late Henry and Mollie Anderson Seabolt.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Janette Vera Walker Seabolt, and daughter Janice Lenelle Seabolt.  Mr. Seabolt was the eldest member of Macedonia Baptist Church.  He loved his family and farming.  Mr. Seabolt was a U.S. Marine.  He was hard working and worked two and three jobs all his life to provide for his family.

Mr. Seabolt is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law Don and Gail Seabolt, Dahlonega, Derrel and Lisa Seabolt, Cleveland, Larry and JoAnn Seabolt, Dahlonega, and Phil and Tena Seabolt, Dahlonega; daughter and son-in-law Sharon and Dwayne Brown, Dahlonega; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Macedonia Baptist Church. The Rev. Lyman Caldwell and Rev. Junior Abernathy will officiate.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

At the family's request all in attendance to the visitation and funeral must wear a mask due to a family member with a compromised immune system.
