Mrs. Lynn Marie Smith, age 58, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018.

Lynn was born in Malden, Massachusetts on March 28, 1960. She is preceded in death by her dad Donald T. Smith. Lynn was an artist. She loved sculpting, painting and fiber art. A selfless and giving person, Lynn was a volunteer teacher for kids at risk at the WonderRoot Community Arts Center. She also gave her time to the Tucker Recreation Center where she painted community murals. Lynn was talented. She loved to play the violin, saxophone, and the hammer dulcimer. Her latest art interest was landscape photos. Lynn loved music, gardening, and vegan cooking.

Lynn is survived by her son Justin Roberts, Arlington, TX; mother Laeta Smith, Alpharetta; granddaughter Ghemma Roberts; sisters Sonia Smith, Dahlonega, and Heather Smith, Dawsonville.

Lynn's wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service celebrating her life will be scheduled at a later time.
