Margaret "Margie" Ellen Michaelsen, age 65, of Dahlonega, GA passed away on November 8, 2016.

Margie was born on September 15, 1951 in Chicago, IL. She was a retired Store Manager from Dollar General. Margie loved spending time outside and especially loved Amicalola Falls.

Margie was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Vandermey Mansbridge and was also preceded in death by a sister, Judith Roberts.

Margie is survived by her husband, James Michaelsen; sons, James Michaelsen, Donald Michaelsen, and Joseph Michaelsen all of Dahlonega, GA; daughter, Lisa Michaelsen, AZ; sisters, Susan Braun, IL and Nancy Eggersdorf, Cleveland, GA; grandchildren, Skyler, Matthew, and Tommy; great-grandchild, Chloe.

At her request Margie was cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
