Mr. Michael Anthony Tweedy, age 60, of Dahlonega passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017.

Michael was born on September 9, 1957 in Jackson County to the late Raymond and Helen Jines Tweedy. He had lived in Dahlonega the past 25 years. Michael was a carpenter and a member of Sardis Baptist Church.

Survivors include his brother Wayne Tweedy, Dahlonega; sister Dolly Flanagan, Brookton; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are scheduled for 12 Noon, Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Brad Reynolds will officiate.
