Mrs. Minnie Lou Grizzle, age 92, of Dahlonega, GA, passed away on July 4, 2025. She was born on October 24, 1932, in Dahlonega, to the late Fred Thompson and the late Cannie Martin Thompson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Grizzle, and her daughter, Linda Carol Grizzle.

Mrs. Grizzle is survived by her sons, Tim (Beth) Grizzle and Jimmy (Satilla) Grizzle; grandchildren, Harley Maness, Kevin Ladewig, Jonathan Carroll, Melissa Schofield, and Kristi Dearman; 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Mrs. Grizzle cherished sewing and had a special fondness for her cats. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to caregiving.

Funeral services will be held at Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday. Interment will follow at Dahlonega Memorial Park.
