Mrs. Patricia Lucille Ellis, age 65, of Dahlonega passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020.

Mrs. Ellis was born on December 9, 1954 to the late William and Marlene McCrary Ellis.  She was a master gardener at Vera Wells Botanical Garden.  Mrs. Ellis spent 12 years in the pet business and ran Cuddly Critters in Lilburn, GA and Picadilly Pets at Ansley Mall in Atlanta, GA.  Most recently she was self employed and had a house cleaning business along with her husband.  Mrs. Ellis also worked with her hands as a seamstress.  She was affectionately known as "Grammy".

Mrs. Ellis is survived by her husband Dana Giggey, Dahlonega; daughter and son-in-law Catharine Shea and David Denmon, Monticello, GA; son Kenneth Erin Cornell, Barnesville, GA; brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Susan Ellis, Marietta, GA; sister and brother-in-law Susan and Tommy McDermont, Marietta, GA; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
