Mr. Paul Gene Lowe, age 82, of Dahlonega passed away Sunday, July 5, 2020.

Mr. Lowe was a native and lifelong resident of Lumpkin County. He was born on June 19, 1938 to the late Leonard and Ethel Trammell Lowe. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Bill Lowe, Junior Lowe, Mary Ellen Lowe, and Beatrice Lowe, and his first wife Shirley Mayfield. Mr. Lowe served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was an Elvis Presley fan and a loving father and grandfather.

Survivors include his children Angela and Derrell Walker, Paula Fountain, and Wesley Lowe, all of Dahlonega; mother of his children Deborah Joann Hicks; Sister Annette Hallman; five grandchildren; and seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
