Robert Paul Heavrin Jr., age 64, of Clermont, GA, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017.

Bob was born in Youngstown Ohio April 13, 1953. He was employed as a welder at Chandler Equipment Co. in Gainesville. He served his country in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Paul Heavrin Sr.

Bob is survived by his wife, Hazel Heavrin; his mother, Katie Heavrin, Doraville, GA; son, Brian Mikeals, Gainesville, GA; daughters and son-in-law Amber Heavrin Anderson, Dahlonega, GA, Holly and Jay Kimmel, Dahlonega, GA; brother, Gary Heavrin, Hall County, GA; sister, Sue Brace, Lima, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason Tyler Chamblee, Kyla Anderson, Zoe Anderson, Brianna Mikeals, Leah Anderson, and Peyton Presley. A number of other relatives also survive.

A Celebration of Life service for Bob is scheduled for 6 PM Thursday, June 1, 2017 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA

Pastor Todd Smith will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega, GA on Thursday June 1, 2017 from 4 PM to 6 PM and immediately following the service.
