Mr. Robert Douglas Scales, age 55 of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022.  He was born on July 13, 1966 to the late William T. Scales and Mary Hannah Scales.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters Sharon Darlene Crowe and Ernestine Moss.

He is survived by brother-in-law, James Crowe Sr.; nephew, James Crowe Jr.; wife, Julia K. Crowe; nephews and nieces, Ashley Dawn Crowe Meyer, James (JC) Crowe III, Emily Grace Crowe, John Allen (Jeannine) Crowe, Amanda Michelle Crowe, Leslie Moss, David Moss, Donna Moss, Tommy Moss; grandson of James Crowe Jr., Aiden Meyer; and best friend of the family for four decades, Susan T. Check.
