Mr. Ronald Vaughn, age 63, of Dahlonega passed away Monday, March 30, 2020.

Mr. Vaughn was born in Buford, GA on August 19, 1956 to the late Dorothy Calvin and Lula Mae Vaughn.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Jerry Vaughn.  Ronald was self employed as a painter.  He served the Lord as a Baptist Minister and a gospel music singer. Ronald loved his family very much. His grandchildren called him "Papa".

Survivors include his wife Phyllis Vaughn, Dahlonega; sons Josh Vaughn, Dahlonega, and Joey Vaughn, Lawrenceville; step-daughter Jessica Stamey, Dawsonville; step-sons Herman Poole (Shelbie), Dahlonega, Allen Stamey, Cleveland, and Chris Poole, Dahlonega; brothers Larry Vaughn, Cleveland, and Harry Vaughn, Lexington; sister Linda Thomas (Bennie), Dahlonega; eighteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A private graveside service is scheduled at Haw Creek Baptist Church in Cumming, GA.
