Ruby Dean Crane, age 93, of Cumming, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2026. She was born on November 4, 1932, in Dawsonville, Georgia, to the late Robert and Sallie Burt.

Ruby was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt. She cherished her family dearly and leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through the many lives she touched.

Ruby is survived by her daughter, Patricia Armstrong (Randell) of Cumming; her son, Ricky Crane of Duluth; her brother, Michael Burt (Ellen) of Dawsonville; her grandchildren, Jodi Westbrook (Richard), Jennifer Finnemore (Jay), Justin Armstrong (Michelle), Tracy Snipes (Michael), Kevin Snipes, Richie Crane, Bradley Crane, and Matt Crane; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives who will miss her dearly.

In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gene Crane, and her daughter, Deborah Crane.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2PM Monday, August 17, 2026, in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Dawsonville, Georgia. The Rev. Dennis Bottoms will officiate.
