Scarlett Sierra Scroggins, "Littlest Bit", age 6 weeks, of Dawsonville, GA was kissed by an angel when she was born; and on Saturday, August 2, 2014, she joined the angels to play all over heaven. Our precious gift couldn't survive this earth. Scarlett is preceded in death by her great grandmother, Linda Sue Reece; and great grandfather, Royce Hewatt. She was the daughter of Danial Scroggins and Kirstin Phillips of Dawsonville, GA. She is also survived by her grandparents, Marcee Hewatt, Dawsonville, GA; Kenneth and Bambi Phillips, Braselton, GA; and Randy and Bobbie Tyndall, Dawsonville, GA; great grandfather, Harold Reece, Dawsonville, GA; great grandmother, Linda Hewatt, Chandler, AZ; aunt, Brandy Scroggins, Dawsonville, GA; and uncle, Brian Phillips, Braselton, GA. A number of other relatives also survive. Funeral services for Scarlett are scheduled for 11 AM Friday, August 8, 2014 at Mill Creek Baptist Church in Lumpkin County. Rev. Rodney Pilcher and Rev. Rodney Gilreath will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega on Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 5 PM until 9 PM, and on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 9 AM until 10 AM.
