Mrs. Shawn Levenia Wood, age 50, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. She was born on July 3, 1971, in Lagrange, Illinois, to Alice Griffin Grizzle. Shawn enjoyed crocheting, and she loved all animals; she especially loved her cats.

Shawn was met in Heaven by two children who preceded her in death, Angel and Precious.

She is survived by her mother, Alice Grizzle of Dahlonega; children William Alvarez of Gainesville, Angelica (Andrew) Foster of Dahlonega, Victoria Pelley (Jason Pearson) of Dahlonega, and Gabriel Pelley of Dahlonega; grandchildren Aurora Bagwell, Henry Foster, Nolan Foster, Lilith Pearson, and Killian. Numerous friends and other relatives also survive.

It was Mrs. Wood's wish to be cremated. No public services are scheduled at this time.
