Shirley Ruth Davis, age 79, of Dahlonega, passed away on May 11, 2026.

Shirley was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children, Timmy Davis (Angie) of Ringgold and Kathy Flower (Eddie) of Dahlonega; siblings, Deborah Evans, Chris Head, Kenneth Patterson, Kermit Patterson, Mildred Chastain, and Dianne Savage; grandchildren, Michael Davis, and Daniel Davis; along with numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Estelle Patterson; and siblings, Barbara Butler, Linda Harkins, and Charles Patterson.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home.
