Mrs. Sybil Diane Croy, age 69, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022. On October 22, 1952, she was born in Gainesville, Georgia, to Bessie Stephens and the late Cecil Stephens. Sybil was a friend to many and a wonderful listener. She enjoyed gardening and watching her hummingbirds. Sybil will forever be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother and for loving her Lord, Jesus Christ, with all of her heart.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her son Stanley Gravitt; and sister and brother-in-law Vickie (Eugene) Reed.

She is survived by her mother, Bessie Stephens; daughter Amy Copeland; siblings Donald Stephens and Deborah Bell; grandchildren Ashley Gravitt and Jordyn Marshall; and great grandson, Owen Marshall. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives also survive.

A celebration of Sybil's life will be held at 2:00 PM on April 23, 2022 at The Grover and Lucille Hood Community Center, located at 6008 Hulsey Road, Clermont, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home in memory of Sybil to help the family with final expenses.
