Teresa (Terri) Marlene Anderson Alexander, age 67, passed away on January 25, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of strength and unmistakable spirit.

Born on November 29, 1958, in Clayton, GA, Terri lived life on her own terms and was known for her spirited personality, independent nature, and feisty determination. She was an active member of Church of the Mountains in Clayton before recently relocating to Clarkesville GA to be closer to family. Terri was a talented artist who loved to spend her free time painting and sewing.

She is survived by her two siblings, James H Anderson of Dahlonega, and Janice Hillburn of Clayton, along with extended family and friends who will fondly remember her strength and spark.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home. The Rev. Adam Wright will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Church of the Mountains in her memory. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her liveliness and the mark she left on those who knew and loved her.
